As teachers we do not realize that the climatic conditions in our classroom need to be refreshed. This workshop will enable teachers to gauge the climate in their classrooms and make adjustments as required, thus providing the breath of fresh air that will rejuvenate their students. This is an activity based workshop and participants must come prepared to interact and participate whole-heartedly.

Facilitators
Rehmat Ebrahim has years of experience in teaching and training. SPELTERS know her well because she is an ICELT tutor, and has conducted a number of sessions for SPELT. Her workshops are very interactive and participants are provided ample opportunity for practice and skills acquisition.
Razia Asghar has many years of experience in education and administration with notable schools in Karachi. Her special interest and major qualification is dealing with children with special needs. However, she has substantial material that she will share with participants that can be effectively used in mainstream classes. Razia is a role model as far as personal and professional self-motivation is concerned. Participants will be enchanted with the ideas she shares with them.
