“A teacher is one who makes himself progressively unnecessary”
~ Thomas CarruthersContent Language Integrated Learning (CLIL)Concluded on Saturday the 25th of June, 2011
CLIL is often referred to as dual-focused education as lessons have two main aims, one related to a particular subject or topic and one linked to language. Teaching through CLIL provides opportunities to study content through different perspective, access subject specific target language, and to prepare students for better professional life.
The workshop will further provide participants hands-on experience of CLIL teaching/learning strategies using the content of Science and other subjects.
